Essential cookies
gai_session: an HTTP-only session cookie used to recognize a signed-in account, with a maximum lifetime of 30 days. It uses SameSite=Lax and is marked Secure in production. gai_anon: an HTTP-only random identifier set when an anonymous user sends a message, with a maximum lifetime of 365 days. It helps enforce daily limits and uses SameSite=Lax. These cookies are not advertising identifiers.
Local storage
gai_model stores your selected model in browser local storage. It remains until you clear the site’s browser storage or change the setting. It is a preference, not a saved conversation. The application does not use local storage to keep your message history.
Analytics & payments
The current GreenAI application does not install optional advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe’s hosted checkout may use its own cookies or similar technologies for payment processing, security and fraud prevention. Refer to Stripe’s cookie and privacy disclosures when using checkout.
Your controls
You can remove cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or disrupt usage limits. Signing out removes the session cookie. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account or purchase records; request account deletion through support. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and any required controls will be updated.
