What you purchase
Paid GreenAI access is a one-time purchase of a daily message allowance for 365 days. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. The amount, allowance and any applicable tax appear at checkout.
Request a review
Email jun@atlassoftwarepartners.com with your account email, purchase date, payment receipt or session reference, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details. We review requests involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, technical inability to access a paid allowance, or other purchase concerns. This policy does not promise an unconditional money-back period; each request is assessed on its circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Approved refunds
If approved, a refund is processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times vary. Refunded purchases may have their associated paid allowance removed. A refund of one purchase does not automatically refund other purchases.
Unused access & consumer rights
Unused daily messages do not carry over, and no refund is automatically generated when an allowance expires or an account is deleted. This does not limit any refund, remedy or other protection you are entitled to under applicable law. Contact us if the service you purchased was not provided.
