Who is responsible
Atlas Software Partners LLC operates GreenAI and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact jun@atlassoftwarepartners.com or write to 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Information we process
When you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier, account creation date and one-time login token information. We record daily request counts, token counts and estimated electricity usage. Anonymous use is associated with a random browser identifier and a salted hash derived from your IP address to enforce limits. Infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses and request logs. For purchases, we store the payment session identifier, amount, account association, daily allowance and purchase and expiration dates. Card details are handled by Stripe; the GreenAI application does not store full payment card numbers. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.
Your conversations
Your messages and recent conversation context are transmitted to our server and the configured AI inference provider to generate responses. The current application does not save conversation text in its application database or offer cross-session chat history. Messages remain in the active page session and may be lost when you refresh, navigate away or start a new chat. This does not mean that upstream providers or infrastructure never process or retain request data. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information, secrets or material you are not authorized to share.
How we use information
We use information to provide answers, authenticate accounts, enforce usage limits, process purchases, operate and secure the service, respond to support requests and maintain usage statistics. We do not use the application’s conversation data to train our own AI models. The application does not include advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers & international processing
Information is processed by service providers as needed to operate GreenAI: Scaleway or Infomaniak for AI inference, Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and the hosting providers used by the service. AI inference may take place in France or Switzerland, outside the United States. Those providers’ own terms and privacy disclosures also describe how they handle data. The precise provider used for an answer is identified alongside that answer.
Retention
We retain account, authentication, usage and purchase records as needed to run the service, investigate abuse, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping obligations. Sign-in uses your Google account; we receive and store only its email address. There is currently no automatic database-record deletion schedule in the application. You can request account deletion by contacting us. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
Your privacy requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information and to ask about applicable state privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity. You may also use an authorized agent where applicable. If a request is declined, reply to ask for review. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We do not currently sell or share data for advertising, so there is no advertising sale/sharing opt-out to activate.
Security & children
We use measures including HTTP-only authentication cookies and hashed one-time login tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. GreenAI is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
