Your agreement with Atlas
These terms govern GreenAI, provided by Atlas Software Partners LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using GreenAI, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use GreenAI for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
The service & your account
GreenAI provides AI-generated text responses, subject to availability, model access and daily usage limits. Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Anonymous access may be limited across a shared network to prevent abuse. Models and features may change; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular response times.
Free and paid allowances
Anonymous access includes up to 3 messages per UTC day. A free account includes up to 10. Paid allowances are one-time purchases from $1 to $10 USD, providing 100 to 1,000 messages per UTC day for 365 days after purchase. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. There is no automatic renewal. Unused daily messages do not accumulate or roll over. If you hold multiple unexpired purchases, the highest active daily allowance applies; the allowances are not added together. Each purchase has its own expiration date. When all paid purchases expire, the free account allowance applies. You can review purchases in your account. Charges are processed by Stripe for Atlas Software Partners LLC.
Your inputs & AI outputs
You retain the rights you have in your inputs. You grant us permission to process them and send them to service providers as needed to deliver and secure the service. You must have permission to submit the content. To the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party model terms, you may use outputs, including commercially. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection; no exclusivity or non-infringement guarantee is made.
Check important answers
AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate material. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. GreenAI is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or human review of consequential decisions. It does not provide emergency services. Refunds, suspension & termination
Contact us for payment errors, duplicate charges, unavailable paid access or other refund requests as described in the Refund Policy. We may limit or suspend use to address abuse, unlawful activity, security risks or breach of these terms. We will consider the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. You can stop using GreenAI at any time and request account deletion through support. Deleting an account does not by itself request or guarantee a refund.
Disclaimers & responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your reliance on unverified AI outputs to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law & disputes
Wyoming law governs these terms, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. Please contact jun@atlassoftwarepartners.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive any right that applicable law prevents you from waiving.
Changes & contact
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases. Questions can be sent to jun@atlassoftwarepartners.com.
